"We have a guest cabin on our property in Chelan. Early last winter we suffered serious water damage due to a break in the line running from the hot water heater in the crawl space to the bathroom. The flooring was damaged and we had extensive water damage and mold.
We are extremely happy with the work that Turner has done to put the cabin back together as well as the excellent advice they were able to give us on how to work with our insurance company, which has tried everything they could to deny coverage of our loss.
It was a major job, and many employees and contractors of Turner worked on the project. We were not always on site during the work, so we don’t know the names of everyone who worked on it, but they did an excellent job and were polite and helpful throughout the entire process.
We give special thanks to Jon Walker and his remediation crew and Kevin Jones and the guys who did the restoration work – they communicated well and were a pleasure to work with. A lot of the finishing work was done by Nelson, who left everything in excellent condition.

"From start to finish they were amazing. I had a small roof leak above an upstairs bathroom. When I noticed it I called them and Kevin came out right away on a Saturday to check it out. By Monday morning first thing they sent Natalie to move contents, prep and put plastic on my floors to protect them and remove the water damaged areas. She was great, so clean an careful with our stuff. Then the roofers came and repaired the areas that needed repaired. Then Matt did the sheetrock and prep. He was also great. "These guys are amazing. One night at about 7 am I opened by utility closet to find my hot water tank had broke and had been leaking for some time by looking at the mold on the walls and the flooring that was all buckled. As a new home owner I was in a complete panic and had no idea what to do. Sending a SOS out on facebook my friend gave me Tim's cell number and I called not expecting him to answer in the late evening.
To my surprise Tim returned my call minutes later and offered to come out that night to assess the damage, though it wasn't necessary they showed up the next day at 8am and quickly went to work and had all of the damaged stuff removed and fans drying it out.
